We will feature some of our favourite cocktails on this page, we will start with some classics with a twist.
75ml Oaked Highland Gin
10ml Strathearn Triple Distilled New-make
A barspoon of Cane Sugar Syrup
2 drops orange bitters
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour all the ingredients into the mixing glass and stir clockwise for 30 seconds. Then stir anticlockwise for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a small twist of orange peel.
50ml Heather Rose Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
10ml Cane Sugar Syrup
10ml Rose Water
10ml Crème de Mure
Shake first 4 ingredients over ice, then strain into a rocks glass filled fill crushed ice.
To finish pour the crème de mure slowly over the top of the drink to bleed through the ice.
Garnish with lemon and a fresh bramble.
